REFUND POLICY

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of each piece. As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold. Once the pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement or a credit note (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). If for some reason, you are unsure of the size or we’ve missed a spot and you’d like to exchange them, you can whatsapp us at +919587999970 and someone from our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and will guide you through the process of returning and exchanging the pieces. They may request for further information/photographs to assess your return request. Please do assist them.

DISCLAIMER : 

  1. No order in any case is eligible for a refund
  2. If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged the second time.
  3. Please note that not all products are eligible for exchange. All made to order products are non returnable and non exchangeable. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as keep our prices fair, many items are "Final Sale." Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.
  4. No return/ exchange on sale or discounted products
  5. If there are any shipping delays, the order is not eligible for cancellation and we are not liable for any refund. However you can get in touch with the customer care team and ask for a credit note
  6. The entire exchange process can take upto a month
  7. Discount will not be offered for express shipped orders
  8. Custom Orders take additional time and are charged extra on the basis of customization. 
  9. No discount is applicable in case of exchange/return orders(using wallet amount/ voucher code)
  10. For inquiries regarding the exact dispatch date of your order, please send us a screenshot of your order confirmation via WhatsApp. We will provide you with the dispatch details within 72 hours of receiving your request.
  11. Our customer care team is always available on whatsapp; availability on call might not be possible. Our customer support team is available to assist you through WhatsApp chat with a response time of 3-5 working hours. Please note that our support services are not available on Saturdays and Sundays.

      HOW TO EXCHANGE?

      You must inform us within 3 days of delivery of the product. Please whatsapp us at +919587999970 with order no and attach an image of the piece purchased. Once you have whatsapped us, the customer care member will guide you further. We will not be able to process any exchange/return if you fail to send image of the product received within 3 days. 

      The cost for shipping the product back & forth is to be borne by you. When we deliver your corrected pair, we will take care of the shipping.

      Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Item(s) which show signs of wear and/or being worn before will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. We would require all original papers & freebies to be returned with the product.

      B'Infinite Store reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges.
